Kitchee football club is supported in their daily affairs by a professional team of experts with extensive knowledge and experience.

Chief Executive: Ken. K. Ng

Mr. Ng is the Chief Executive of Kitchee Football Team, the Executive Director of the FCBEscola Hong Kong as well as the Professional Footballer Preparatory Program.  He is the owner and director of a local computer software company and he is a former international referee and the Executive Director of Instant Dict, a famous football club in the 1990s.

Administrative Director: Alex Chu

Mr. Chu is a former Sing Tao player and was the coach of Fu Kien in the 1990s.  He is Kitchee’s director of football administration, responsible for football development as well as developing the youth training within the club.  Alex is also the Technical Director of FCBEscola Hong Kong and the Player Liaison Officer of the Professional Footballer Preparatory Program.

Head Coach: Josep Gombau

Gombau, a holder of UEFA Pro License, is a native from Barcelona.  He is the former coach of the Barca Academy and FCBEscola, who is the head coach and brings in the 4-3-3 formation concept to Kitchee.  He is the Instructor-in-Chief of FCBEscola Hong Kong and the Technical Director of The Professional Footballer Preparatory Program.

Assistant Coach: Ricky Cheng

He is a former footballer who played for South China and Instant Dict and received the highest reputation among all Chinese players in the 1990s.  He has been coaching in Kitchee since 2003 and now, he is also the Technical Director of FCBEscola Hong Kong.

Goalkeeper Trainer: Carlos Alos

Alos is also a native from Barcelona.  He worked in different district teams as a goalkeeper trainer before he moved to Hong Kong.  Carlos is an FCBEscola-accredited youth coach and is one of the Technical Directors of FCBEscola Hong Kong.
