On Sunday, the 27th, Kitchee faced Kowloon City at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground, achieving a resounding 5-0 victory, highlighted by a hat-trick from Júnior.

Kitchee started strong, with Yumemi Kanda applying pressure in the attacking third, narrowly missing the target with a half-chance. In the 25th minute, Adrián Revilla received a pass from Roger Riera, turned to evade a defender, and delivered a precise ball to Leandro Martínez, who crossed it into the box. Revilla then accelerated into the area to head the ball home, giving Kitchee a 1-0 lead. In stoppage time, Revilla sent a long pass to Martínez, who controlled and laid it off for Júnior to score, making it 2-0 at halftime.

After the break, Kitchee wasted no time, scoring just two minutes in. Revilla played a ball into the box, and although Martínez's shot was saved by the Kowloon City goalkeeper, Kanda was there to follow up and convert, extending the lead to 3-0. Júnior then added two more goals, first finding the net in the 52nd minute from close range and then scoring again in the 56th minute after receiving a pass from Kanda, slotting it in from a tight angle.

Ultimately, Kitchee secured a dominant 5-0 win, earning all three points.
