International Exposure

Overseas Football Tournaments2024 &amp; 2025 JSSL Singapore Professional Academy 7s Kitchee took part in the JSSL Singapore Professional Academy 7s, the largest youth football tournament in Singapore which attracts some of the world’s most prestigious professional clubs, for two consecutive years. In 2024, Kitchee U10 crowned the Plate Champions, where Kitchee Girls U12 finished as semifinalists and Kitchee U9 made it to the Round of 16. In 2025, two teams of Kitchee U10 completed the tournament as Plate quarterfinalists and in the Round of 16 of the Cup, while Kitchee Girls U12 were semifinalists again.&nbsp;<img class="image_resized" style="width:50%;" src="/uploads/jssl_90bc8e4f2e.jpg" alt="jssl.jpg">2024 Siam CupKitchee U16 participated in the 2024 Siam Cup in Bangkok, Thailand in December. They played three matches during the tournament coming up against Perth United, Chonburi and Buriram United. Overall, Kitchee U16 went 1D2L during the tournament.<img class="image_resized" style="width:50%;" src="/uploads/siam_b2b7390787.JPG" alt="siam.JPG">2024 Winter Cup&nbsp;Two Kitchee Academy teams U17 and U15 (formed by U18, U16 and U14) participated in the Winter Cup in Qingyuan, China in January – February. Numerous football teams among all academy ages gathered in this tournament which was organized by the Evergrande Football School. Kitchee U15 finished 9th in the group with 21 teams after competing with the Affiliated High School of Peking University, FC Spartak Moscow, and Xinjiang Football Association, etc. Kitchee U17 ended up 10th with 22 teams in their group after playing against Tsinghua University High School, Evergrande U17, and two teams from Inner Mongolia, etc.<img class="image_resized" style="width:50%;" src="/uploads/mic_0f1974b618.jpg" alt="mic.jpg">2023 MICFootball&nbsp;Kitchee U14 participated in the 2023 MIC tournament in Spain in April. After beating three different teams, including Athletic Banyoles, LA Surf, and CE Baynoles in the friendlies, the U14 team finished top of the group by defeating&nbsp;CF&nbsp;Sant Feliu de Guíxols,&nbsp;CP Sarrià, and&nbsp;CD Laguna EVT, without conceding a goal. Afterwards, they wrapped up the tournament in the round of 32 by losing one goal to SK Brann.
