The Aspire Program is a program that is designed to provide high-potential players with a well-rounded assessment of their individual development.
The objective of the Program is to generate a sense of belonging, transmit the identity of the Club, and educate values and good habits to challenge, improve, and advance the level of every Aspire player on and off the pitch.
The Program allows Aspire players to discover and develop their talent through five important sections including academic, nutrition, medical, individual training plan, and contract before they step into the professional football world.

Academy training and competition is immersive and requires deep commitment from players who are ready to take their skills and training to the next level.
The Program will ensure every Aspire player understands the importance of schedule management between the Club and academic studies.
Meanwhile, coaches will hold regular meetings with parents to ensure both parties can share important information about the growth of the player.
The Program will educate every Aspire player on how dietary strategies can enhance performance, recovery and health.
This will see every Aspire player being offered a series of nutrition-related support, including fat tests, nutrition guidelines, club meals, and supplementation, so the Aspire players can reach their full potential.
From medical diagnosis to post-injury plan, the Program offers every Aspire player a wide range of knowledge and support from CUHK Medical Clinic@Kitchee to learn and understand the importance of sports medicine and how sports medicine plays a crucial role in enhancing athletic performance.

Individual training plan is a development focused supplementary training program that serves as an advanced practice to give every Aspire player the best holistic training experience.
Coaches will design to have every Aspire player work individually on the following sessions to maximize player potential.
- Player profiling
- Topic selection
- Individual trainings
