On Wednesday, the 26th, Kitchee faced KC Southern at Aberdeen Sports Ground, securing a 4-2 victory.

The match started with Kitchee trailing; just 14 minutes in, KC Southern converted a penalty to open the scoring. However, in the 29th minute, Callum Beattie launched a long ball from the back, which Leandro Martínez controlled before laying it off to Kendy, who equalized with a shot from the edge of the box.

Just six minutes later, Júnior sent in a cross from the left, allowing Kendy to charge into the box and score, putting Kitchee ahead 2-1. In the 43rd minute, Martínez set up Ruslan Mingazov, who scored at the far post. Additionally, Mingazov won another penalty in stoppage time, which Martínez converted, giving Kitchee a commanding 4-1 lead at halftime.

After the break, Kitchee had a lapse in defense and conceded a goal in the 60th minute, but they managed to maintain their 4-2 lead to secure all three points.
