Kitchee U14 fell to a narrow 2-3 defeat against Lee Man U14 in the Hong Kong Premier Youth League.
The match began with Kitchee conceding a penalty in the 15th minute, leaving them trailing 1-0 at halftime after Raphael Yuan’s effort hit the post.
Kitchee started the second half strongly, with Lau Hin Hau equalizing just two minutes after the restart. Although Lee Man regained the lead in the 55th minute, Lau struck again in the 62nd minute to level the score at 2-2. However, a clinical counter-attack by Lee Man in the 71st minute proved decisive, resulting in a final score of 2-3.
