Kitchee U18 saw mixed results in their two rescheduled Hong Kong Premier Youth League fixtures in May.
Despite having already secured the Championship, the Young Blues dropped their first points of the season last Friday (May 1) in a 1-0 defeat to HKFC U18. Following a goalless first half, HKFC capitalized on a failed clearance from a long ball to score the winner.
The Champions quickly bounced back on Monday (May 4) against Lee Man U18. Trailing 1-0 at halftime due to a penalty, Kitchee U18s showed great resilience as Yiu Tsz Leong netted a clinical second-half brace to secure a 2-1 comeback victory.
