Kitchee is set to conclude the 2025/26 HKPL season this Sunday against Eastern at Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground.
While a trophy presentation and celebrations await after the final whistle, Head Coach Iñigo Calderón remains focused on the performance. "I think we can do much better”, Calderón noted. "It is normal that we haven't performed at our best since clinching the title, but I hope we return to our level tomorrow”.
Regarding the potential for squad rotation, he added, "I don’t give out free minutes, but some young players have been performing very well in training and truly deserve their chance”.
