𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 (21/9/2026)

Kitchee began their 2026/27 Hong Kong Premier Youth League campaign in style over the weekend. All three youth teams kicked off their season with perfect records, clinching all 3 points while netting a combined 17 goals with three clean sheets across the board.

Kitchee U16 faced KC Southern U16 at Shek Kip Mei Park last Friday (18th). It took just 2 minutes for Yip Victor Wai Ching to fire home from inside the penalty box, putting Kitchee 1-0 up at halftime. After the interval, Kitchee U16 doubled their lead in the 54th minute when Raphael Yuan slotted home a left-wing cross from Lau Hin Yau. In the 71st minute, Lam Ka Fung Jonas headed in from a corner to seal a 3-0 victory over KC Southern U16.

Playing at the same venue on the same day, Kitchee U18 took on Wofoo Kowloon City U18. Kitchee had an early chance when Ma Lok Sephrey’s free-kick struck the post, and from the resulting corner, Lam Tsun Wing converted from close range to make it 1-0 in the 10th minute. In the 20th minute, Eric Ji capitalized on a goalmouth opportunity to make it 2-0. Goals from Yu Ching Kok, who fired home from the edge of the box in the 32nd minute, and Lee Sen Hei Lucas in the 43rd minute gave Kitchee U18 a commanding 4-0 lead at the break. In the second half, Yu controlled a free-kick and scored his second in the 52nd minute, before completing his hat-trick with another edge-of-the-box strike in the 86th minute, wrapping up a comprehensive 6-0 win.

Meanwhile, Kitchee U14 hosted Lucky Mile U14 at the Jockey Club Kitchee Centre on Sunday (20th), cruising to an emphatic 8-0 victory.
